Your challenge Your role as a Technical Customer Service Adviser in the technology industry will be to handle incoming calls of potential customers and process their queries. It will always be your responsibility to render outstanding customer service and ensure a pleasant experience to the customer.

Your resume

Full fluency and proficiency in Danish, Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian
Fluent English Interested in the technology industry
Knowledge of and experience with various PC Operating Systems
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain good working relationships
Enthusiastic and dynamic individual who is passionate about providing good service
Work well as part of a team, highly organised and detail orientated
